Puddles at the countryside – after the little rain
Game is about a courtside and summer! You are going for a walk at the countryside. After the little raining. Lots of puddles. And you need to bypass them. Screen is moving by itself. And you are free to move across the screen. It is like runner. But it is not hard. And for free time! And theme for a countryside! And little summer rain! Game is made with several colors, with the spirit of Cga. Something like isometrical.
Just imaging, that, right now, it is summer! And you are at the countryside. And, just, right now, it is finished the raining. Little raining. Some good and refreshing raining.
All the time, it is a hot weather, and a real good summer. And here, unimpededly, it is getting colder. And raining starts. To have a more refreshing weather. To put water on flowers and trees. They need some little water.
And, so, this is after the little raining – it is best time to have a walk. To go for a walk. Such a countryside theme. A little unusual – about a raining, little of raining. It is also a part of summertime. Rains and puddles! And, it is, also, interesting! Well, at least, for diversity! Well, there is something, after the little rain, while it is still very refreshing, to ride a bicycle, for example, by the countryside roads. So, refreshing! And puddles. Main thing to bypass puddles. So, maybe, this is something like start point for this game.
Puddles at the countryside - it is arcade little game runner. You are walking by countryside. Around you, there are country houses, trees and you need to bypass puddles to stay dry.
Game is something like isometrical. And, you can go by all the directions and screen is moving by itself. For every behind you puddle you gain one score. By idea, game score - it is amount of puddles, that you left behind.
So, here there are lots of game types. All plays same way. They are differs with graphics. You can select a time for a walk. So, here it is excellent summer. And you can select June day, July day, June evening, July evening. Whole summer episodes. Every such a walk has two levels. First level you are go by little grass. And second level – there is, already, a little countryside road. Total 8 levels. But, four something like modes of game and two level for each of them.
How nice it is to have a walk after the little rain in the summer. So, this is game idea. Summer memories. Countryside. And little raining. Excellent summer, always, hot and warm. Everything, like it should to be. And, here, just ends a strong little raining. And it made a lot of puddles. And you decide to have a walk. To refresh.

As, I can say, it is not a hard thing, at all! And, just simply – avoid puddles. And screen moves automatically forward. It is runner. But, it is not hard. For atmosphere, stylization. And, there is here one more idea. It is something like, you know. I don’t remember certain things, and something that reminds this thing. It is Ms Dos Cga graphics. It has 4 colors. 16 colors. I am right now use 16 colors in this game. So, it is more than 4 colors. But, anyway, it still look similar to Ms Dos Cga graphics. Retro theme. It is, already, a common thing.
And, one certain game. From Ms Dos memories. So, I am not sure, I don’t remember certain detailes, already. It is game with a name Hugo Boss, Hugo. It was a such little human, it was drawn like this, in my game, similar. And he walks strange. He is, also, made with several colors. And, it has a ruined airplane. At the beginning.
There were other games with similar little human. Or similar graphics style. It, also, was thing, it is a game about Hugo, he was there like Indiana Jones, I think so. Storyline, should to be, with a text screens. And, such a funny sounds it were in game. Something like peaks sounds, beeps. Or almost without sound. But, I remember a lot, I put this in my memory, this game and something similar to this - other games.
Game has a simple control. Arrows for navigation. And letter Q for exit the game. Space – to approve a choice in menu. And in game only arrows you need. To avoid puddles.
Puddles are drawn schematical with a form of rectangles with a blue color. Puddles we have here them like a squares or rectangles.
And, one moment, you avoid obstacles. It is calculated by your legs. Game is something like isometrical. And process of getting into the puddle is calculated by legs. Main thing, that legs of your character not to touch, to get in the blue color. So, I can say this. In blue squares or rectangles. So, this way it calculates here - are you get in the puddle or not.
And, also, it is a theme, that game is something like isometrical. You can go forward and backward, and something like to go deep into the screen or closer to the screen. Something like this.
With this development, I, again, return to well known for me dialect of Basic – Qb64. As, I can say, - with idea – not to forget – you need to practice all the time. QB64 – it is excellent theme!
